Arbico East Recognized by Arby’s Restaurant Group

​Jeff Shawl, Phil Hughes, Phil Vance, Nikki Taylor and Shawn Davis attended the Midwest Region’s Business Meeting this May. Jeff Shawl, a co-owner of Arbico East stated, “I wanted to highlight the recognition that all of you and your teams’ work and care produced.” During the award ceremony, Arbico East, LLC was recognized for the following:
- 1st overall in Brand Purpose! (The Brand Purpose score is a specifically defined measure based on guests’ “Overall Satisfaction” (OSAT) rating on a scale of 1 to 5)
- 2nd overall in Sales Growth!
- 3rd in ROE scores! (Recognition of Excellence)
